Since weight loss is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise, it's time to put that focus where it matters most.
This challenge is meant to help us seriously kick those bad habits and unhealthy cravings to the curb. It will be tough, but I KNOW we can do this together! I think it will be a huge eye opener to see how much we have been sneaking junk and relying on convenience foods without realizing it. Those sweet and salty foods we loved will likely never taste the same again when we are done here (which is a good thing!)...you'll have a transformed palate and be on your way to continuing to eat better on your journey to good health.
NO Biscuits or Cookies
NO Cake, Doughnuts or Muffins
NO White Bread / White Rice
NO Fast Food
NO Ice Cream
ONLY Natural nut butters with no added oils/flavors
ONLY ONE alcoholic beverage per week (I'm being nice)
1. You MUST keep track of your cheats. Keep a tally sheet and track it daily. Join my Challenge Group to help you stay accountable!
2. When you are craving something and feeling like cheating, CONTACT ME! I got your back and want to help talk you out of it and offer alternative suggestions.
3. Having a bad day and accidentally overdoing your cheats (I know it happens), does not give you permission to throw in the towel. Pick yourself up the next day and move on!
4. At the end of the 4 weeks, celebrate your victories! CONTACT ME and tell me how you did, I'd love to hear how it went!
For Your Sweet Tooth - Fruit and Shakeology will be your best friend!
For White Breads - Use only whole grain or whole wheat, and brown rice
For Chips - Bake your own unsalted chips from sweet potato, zucchini, kale, etc. Unsalted nuts or popcorn can also cure that crunch craving.
For Soda or juice - Drink water infused with different fruits/berries, fresh mint, etc.
For Ice cream - Make your own sorbet made from frozen fruit, or thicken your Shakeology with extra ice!
